School Board, Superintendent, Administration (i.e. Principals & Assistant Principal), grade level faculty/staff, & JSHS Counselor. Priority given to building Executive Administrative Assistants, Hanover webmaster, and PHE/JSHS students

2020 - current. We have embraced an “Authentic Learning” model district wide. This is coupled with a PBL process vertically 6-12. Our Juniors are required by Board policy to perform a PBL their Junior year in order to graduate. Too, S-CAP feedback accentuated the “Branding” we need to perform in the JSHS building, specifically. This is a work in progress. We have painted the JSHS building in school colors, all PBL’s are being displayed in the JSHS, student work is being posted in the halls of both schools (PHE and JSHS) to get the ball rolling, as it were.

2020 - current. Across the District a comprehensive RtI/MTSS model has been or is being invoked. Too, we are intentional with our Second Step Prek-8 and Why Try practices, especially at the secondary level. SWARM is our PBIS mantra. We will be very intentional in progress monitoring this element!

2019 - current. SWARM is being blended with our PBIS model. Progress is being made. Signing bonuses were given to teachers (in 2 year increments) interested in joining our team. Our Booster organization is being developed to be more universal across the district, not just for the JSHS.
