Continue growing our faculty and staff with the instructional platform (i.e. Hattie, Marzano, McTighe) being used, the use of data driven instructional best practices, the process of developing summative assessments, and the use of the PLC process to facilitate the JSHS RtI/MTSS model.

Fall 2019. Build 1 PLC day/week (Wednesdays at 4:15 p.m.) based on the Dufour 4 inquiry based data questions. PLC process will be used to analyze data and create action plans.
*2020 - continue to make adjustments based on the PLC process district wide. PD days will be guided by PLC process findings. Too, our lesson planning is universalized on the J. McTighe platform |

WIth a pre-developed observation tool (Superintendent provided), teachers will be supported in using the prior years evaluation (Randa) to determine goals in “look-fors” to grow their personal professional practices and then coached on where to go to observe these practices being used by other professionals in their domain
